lamb lamb ! chop chop !
How many times have you eaten lambs in your life?
I guess I have had some lamb dishes probablly 3~4 times in my entire life.
Yesterday, my roommate, Misa first time tried to cook lamb chop dishes for our cozy dinner home. :D
We sometimes cook a dinner together, or sometimes we both share dishes which one of us cooked. We use local produced fresh vegitables and fresh meat (as much as we can) from wholefoods for certain meats and fish.
She started seasoning the lamb chops with dried rosemaries, some dill and salt & pepper. Also, for other lamb chops, she used the mix of blue cheese and breadcrumbs. Pre-heat the oven about 350F or so? Then put those lamb chops to cook about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, she also cooked vegitable pilaf as a side dish.
Last time when I fist time cooked the lamb dishes was cooked with red wine. I don't think it tasted good. haha---. But, I knew this one was going to taste really really heavnly goood. Yes, this is the one with bluecheese and breadcrumbs.
Finally, it came out beautiful.
She also made salad of cucumber, tomate, red onions, carrotes, with yogurt lemon sauce. Look how beautiful they are!! The lamb was really tender, juicy and tasted great with rosemary. For the bluecheese one, it kinda tasted bluecheese----maybe bluecheese was a bit strong?
This lamb chop dishes went perfectly well! I am happy to have this mouth-watering-dish at home with my favorite girl. Thank you ~ ♪♬〜
